Good afternoon! My name is Evgenia, and I represent ATLAS.Unfortunately, there is no Madagascar embassy in Israel, so we had to contact the nearest embassies to clarify our question. At the moment, at the request of the Israelis, we are updating data on entry to different countries using the Travel Document in Lieu of National Passport. It is a second passport and is issued exclusively to Israeli citizens who do not live in the country. This passport is also known as a Provisional Passport. According to the visa agreement between Israel and Madagascar, Israeli citizens with a Darkon must obtain an eVisa/ visa on arrival, after which they can enter the country. What are the rules of entry into your country for Israeli citizens with Travel Document in Lieu of National Passport?
